Design and implement robust software solutions that align with our business goals and technology strategy. Accompany development teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
Provide technical knowledge and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
Support and train junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to our goals.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software systems. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development · Knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java and frameworks. · Experience with microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Self-reliant and able to make independent decisions.
- Fluent English communication skills · Team player with a joyful approach to work This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
