Director, Global Project Management
In this context, we are looking for a Head of SumUp University who will be helping us create a learning organization by designing and implementing learning concepts and programs globally for SumUp. li>
- Actively participate in the development of multi-faceted learning methodologies, including onsite workshops, e-learning, on-the-job and social learning programs.
- Keep the SumUppers motivated and engaged to participate in learning initiatives.
- Identify the right third parties to partner with in executing the learning programs.
- Assess the impact of learning initiatives through clear metrics and feedback mechanisms and improve the programs continuously.
You’ll be great for this position if
- You have strong experience in instructional design and developing learning programs.
- You have strong project management experience and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
- You’re data-driven and able to assess the effectiveness of programs based on metrics.
- You’re experienced in building learning organizations and developing content.
- Ideally, you have experience working in complex and decentralized international organizations.
