Boutique Consultancy 15 people with a specialist IAM team of 5.

Mid Level (roughly) 2-5 years of experience Full time employee

Omada, One Identity, Sailpoint, Okta or Entra

Salary : Upto €70,000 max + 10k variable.

Location : Remote friendly in Germany, bi monthly in person get togethers in Koln, an openness to visit clients 'if' they ask (largely remote!)

German Fluent needed No sponsorship

Key skills you need to be considered

• You have experience on Identity and Access Management projects for at least 2+ years - consulting, or in house
• Experience with Omada, One Identity, Sailpoint, Okta or Entra preferred - other tools welcome
• IAM project management experience directly or in a consultancy for large companies

Unfortunately, project management experience without IAM specific experience is not what they can consider)

What you'll be doing

The core of your role as a project management focussed IAM consultant will include, project management, organization of internal and external project team members, process mapping, specification and visualization of technical requirements, professional and technical solution design.

You can expect to work on projects for large & well known companies, predominantly across the DACH region with a heavy demand in banking and insurance particularly.

Perhaps you have formal project management training / certifications already, but if you don't, they're happy to support you with this.

If future ambitions stem beyond IAM project management, you can get involved in other IT projects, or other areas / projects in IAM.

You'll be communicating with international counterparts sometimes beyond just people in the DACH region, and you'll be someone who's confident to work independently and create your own structure most of the time.

Since they're IAM vendor agnostic, solutions can vary & they're happy to help steer the expertise you have & the wishes you have for your career to projects you want.

Typically, key solutions have been Omada, One Identity & Sailpoint, with Okta & Entra second to these.

There's 15 people in the company, with a heavier lean towards experienced consultants, operating across the Digital & Workplace Transformation and Identity and Access Management worlds.

You'll sit in the IAM squad of 5 people, the 5th member joining in September who's has 15 years of experience.
