Team Assistant - Investment Bank
My client, an International Investment Bank in the heart of bustling Frankfurt is currently looking for a Team Assistant to join their dynamic office.
If you thrive on working in a truly international organisation where you can use your English on a daily basis then this could be the perfect position for you!
Tasks
You will support with a mixture of secretarial & administration tasks. Your daily responsibilities will involve the following :
- Correspondence in German and English
- Diary Management
- Travel organisation, Event Management
- General Office Management , incl. IT coordination
- Coordinating telephone conferences and meetings
- Updating PowerPoint and Excel presentations
- Client contact
Requirements
I am looking for a confident Secretary / Assistant who could hit the ground running’ in this firm. Experience from the finance industry is desired however it is most important that you have a confident, proactive approach and will not be intimidated by high-level professionals / clients.
Other requirements include :
- Fluent English and fluent German (written & spoken)
- Ideally at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience from the financial industry is desired
- Excellent MS Office skills

- Salary band : 45-60.000 Euro depending on experience and background
