Pre-Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of our products / services, and address any technical challenges or concerns.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales prospect opportunities.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our products / services.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and architecture diagrams tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the evaluation and implementation phases.
- Liaise with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to address customer feedback and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the Travel industry.
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
