Aufgaben

• Lead, inspire, and train our barista team to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional service.
• Masterfully craft a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, matcha, and chai, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers, while promoting our brand’s mission and values.
• Manage inventory, oversee supply orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate on seasonal drink menus and product innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and health & safety procedures within the café.
• Act as the go-to expert on all things coffee, educating both customers and team members on our unique global product offerings.

Qualifikation

• Experienced barista with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching others.
• Passionate about specialty coffee, matcha, chai, and innovative beverages.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
• Dedicated to creating an exceptional customer experience and community connection.
