Sie berichten an den Planning Manager und sind Teil des Supply Chain Planning Teams. Als Senior Supply Chain Planner unterstützen und leiten Sie die Planungsfunktionen am Standort Neckarbischofsheim in Deutschland.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten :

• Überprüfung des MRP-Outputs um sicherzustellen, dass auf die Nachfrage angemessen reagiert werden kann.
• Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigung, der Technik und dem Einkauf um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenaufträge pünktlich erfüllt werden.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Produktionsaufträgen für die Fertigung und die Planung von Kundenaufträgen.
• Cross-Training mit bestehenden Mitarbeitern, um Krankheits- und Urlaubszeiten abzudecken.
• Unterstützung und Betreuung aller Mitglieder des Planungsteams in Neckarbischofsheim.
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Nachwuchskräften.
• Erstellen und Analysieren von Daten in Bezug auf Nachfrage, Liefertreue und Bestand.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung.
• Teilnahme am SIOP-Prozess.
• Pflege der Kundenbedarfsprofile in Smoothie Forecasting Tool und Microsoft AX.
• Sammeln von Informationen für die Prognose aus verschiedenen Quellen, einschließlich Besprechungen mit Vertretern der Geschäftseinheiten und Kunden.
• Festlegen von Lagerbeständen in Übereinstimmung mit den oben genannten Vorgaben.
• Bereitstellung klarer Produktionsanforderungen / Prognosen für interne und externe Produktionspartner. Überwachung der Lieferung und Leitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bestandsmanagement um sicherzustellen, dass die Bestandsziele erreicht werden.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Beschaffungsteam bei der Identifizierung und Priorisierung von kritischen Lieferkomponenten.
• Bei Bedarf Teilnahme an Kundenbesprechungen, insbesondere in kritischen Liefer- und Produktanlaufsituationen.
• Koordinierung mit den Teams für neue Produkte, um die bestmögliche Markteinführungszeit zu erreichen.
• Verwaltung neuer Produktanläufe zusammen mit dem Team, um die Verfügbarkeit geeigneter Kapazitäten und Ressourcen sicherzustellen.
• Teilnahme an und ggf. Leitung von Aktivitäten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb der Lieferkette.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team. As a Senior Supply Chain Planner you will assist and sometimes lead in the planning functions at the Neckarbischofsheim site in Germany.

You will take responsibility for production and material planning of multiple product lines. You will participate for the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Process (SIOP), interfacing with BU Marketing and Sales in order to create and maintain sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with BU and corporate targets.

You will serve as an advocate for total customer satisfaction by focusing on the customer’s date requirement and communicating that requirement to the operations team.

You will assist in the development and execution of the Supply Chain Planning processes Neckarbischofsheim and more widely in the Systems Operations Group.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review MRP output to ensure appropriate responses to demand.
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering and Purchasing to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Support creation of production orders for manufacturing and sales order scheduling.
• Cross-train with existing members of staff to help cover sickness / vacation periods.
• Assist and support all members of the planning team in Neckarbischofsheim
• Assist in the development of junior staff
• Produce and analyse data relating to demand, on time delivery and inventory.
• Assist with preparation of executive reporting.
• Participate in SIOP process
• Maintain Customer demand profiles in Smoothie forecasting tool and Microsoft AX
• Gather information relating to the forecast from various sources including meetings with BU representatives and customers.
• Set inventory levels in alignment with above.
• Provide clear build requirements / forecast to internal and external manufacturing partners. Monitor delivery and lead improvement activities.
• Work with Inventory management to ensure inventory targets are met.
• Partner with procurement team in identification and prioritization of critical supply components..
• Partake in customer meetings when required, particularly in critical supply and new product ramp situations.
• Coordinate with New Product teams to help achieve best possible time to market.
• Manage with team, new product ramps ensuring availability of appropriate capacity and resources
• Participate and possibly lead continuous improvement activities within the supply chain.
• Demonstrate and adhere to Microchip’s values.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

• Mindestens sechs Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Lieferketten- und Bestandsmanagement in einer mittleren / großen Produktions- / Logistikumgebung, idealerweise mit mehrstufiger Stücklistenstruktur.
• Qualifikation auf Diplom- / Diplomniveau und einschlägige Ausbildung in Masterplanung, MRP oder APICS-Zertifizierung oder gleichwertige Erfahrung.
• Kenntnisse der Import- und Exportanforderungen.
• Erfahrung mit MRP innerhalb einer mehrstufigen Stücklistenstruktur, idealerweise in einer Fertigungsorganisation.
• Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten mit Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Berichterstattung auf der Ebene der Geschäftsleitung.
• Computerkenntnisse erforderlich, insbesondere Microsoft Excel.
• Selbstständig und nachweislich ergebnisorientiert.
• Kenntnisse der Axapta / Microsoft Dynamics Business Software oder eines ähnlichen ERP-Systems (SAP, Oracle usw.).
• Kenntnisse der Lean-Supply-Chain-Prinzipien, idealerweise mit nachweisbaren Ergebnissen in Lean-Programmen.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of six years in supply chain & Inventory management in a medium / large manufacturing / logistics environment ideally with multi-level BOM structure
• Qualification to Diploma / Degree level and relevant training in master planning, MRP or APICS certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of import & export requirements.
• Experience of MRP within a multi-level BOM structure ideally within a manufacturing organization.
• Excellent analytically, with previous experience of interfacing and reporting at senior management level
• Computer literacy essential especially Microsoft Excel
• Self starter with a track record of delivering results
• Knowledge of Axapta / Microsoft Dynamics Business software or similar ERP (SAP, Oracle etc)
• Knowledge of Lean Supply Chain Principles ideally with demonstrable results in Lean programmes.
