About your role
Key Responsibilities include :
Client Relationship Management : Bring current relationships and build and maintain professional relationship with senior and C-level client executives.
Expand professional network in client organizations. Anchor new and existing client accounts, and interface on engagement-level client concerns.
Opportunity Identification / Creation : Create / identify multi-million-dollar opportunities within existing and new clients using industry expertise, industry relationships, intellectual capital, background in potential problem areas, knowledge of upcoming regulatory and market changes, and Infosys services offerings in order to create engagement opportunities.
Proposal Development and Delivery : Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, identify Infosys differentiators, articulate our unique value proposition and competitive financials.
Engagement Delivery and Management : Take bottom line responsibility for Infosys program execution. This includes providing vision and guidance to the team, bringing industry expertise to the engagement, managing key client stakeholders, periodic program review and ensuring quality checks are in place.
Contract Negotiation : Analyse the probability of winning the deal & the criticality of the deal for Infosys, as well as appropriately prepare for negotiations on terms and conditions of the engagement with the client and obtain confirmation and approval from all internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth closure of the deal.
- Have led multiple, large Grid Modernization programs in two or more areas like Grid Digitalization, Automation & AI to enhance Grid responsiveness & resilience, IT / OT convergence, Energy Networks TSO, DSO etc.
- Have experience in leading Grid Modernization in two or more technology areas like - ADMS, DMS, OMS, SCADA, IT OT integration etc.
- Have published articles on Grid Modernization trends and participated in Utilities Industry forums co-presenting with clients
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), project-related mobility / willingness to travel
