SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM modules and a proven track record of integrating SAP HCM with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of SAP HCM, along with the ability to design, implement, and manage integrations with Microsoft technologies to enhance HR processes and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide techno-functional support and consultancy across various SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations between SAP HCM and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline HR workflows and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft SharePoint for improved document management, collaboration, and HR process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and Microsoft technologies.
- Configure and customise SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on SAP HCM-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM and its integration with Microsoft platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to maximise the adoption and efficiency of the integrated solutions.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in SAP HCM modules, including configuration and customisation.
- Proven experience in integrating SAP HCM with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and their alignment with HR functions and business needs.
- Ability to design and implement complex workflows, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM data structures and the ability to work with both standard and custom integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP HCM upgrades, migrations, and performance optimisation is a plus.
- SAP certification in HCM and / or experience with cloud-based HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is desirable.
