Then come and join our global team as Collaboration Manager and Expert (f / m / d) for Dose Measurements to conduct research projects in the field of image-guided interventions together with clinical and scientific collaboration partners as well as internal stakeholders.
Choose the best place for your work Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h / week.
Your tasks and responsibilities :
You are responsible for conducting dose measurements in collaboration with internal and external partners to successfully support the Advanced Therapies strategy in the areas of dose savings and image quality.
You will be supported by students whenever possible, whom you will manage
- You manage the equipment for dose measurements and ensure that it is always ready for use and up to date. You are also responsible for the corresponding budget
- You take on the tasks of the radiation protection officer for the Innovations department
- You are responsible for the compliance, tax and quality-compliant contract design, as well as the technical and scientific implementation of research collaborations with clinical and university partners
- During the term of the research collaboration, you are responsible for monitoring the achievement of milestones and obtaining results
- You evaluate the results and also manage the financial aspects of the collaboration
- You channel the results of the research cooperation and pass them on internally to relevant units. In this way, the results can be used in the development of future prototypes, products and solutions
- You promote and support the creation of scientific publications and "white papers"
Your qualifications and experience :
- You have completed a university degree in a technical field, preferably with a PhD
- You have many years of professional experience with X-ray-based imaging procedures in cooperation with international partners and possess excellent knowledge of Advanced Therapies products and solutions as well as minimally invasive therapy methods
- In addition, you have experience in conducting clinical studies, especially those requiring registration with a competent authority
- You have many years of experience in conducting dose measurements with X-ray-based imaging systems, ideally with angiography systems.
- You are familiar with the compliance, legal and quality processes of the medical industry, ideally at Siemens Healthineers, especially through several years of professional experience with clinical research collaborations
- You have intercultural experience, ideally gained through longer, continuous stays abroad during your studies or professional activities

- With your business-fluent English skills, you can operate confidently in our international environment; furthermore, business-fluent German skills would be a great advantage
- Occasional international travel (mostly within Europe) is a welcome change from your daily work routine for you - approximately 20%
