JOB DESCRIPTION - Creative Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop graphics and typography that represent the essence and values of AIKO, making our brand stand out in the industry.
• Oversee the integrity and correct usage of marques, logos, taglines, and other graphical representations of the AIKO brand.
• Respond proactively to creative requirements within AIKO, ie. the Marketing or Sales teams, and cooperated external partners, ensuring all creative outputs align with our brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of industry technology and development trends in PV industry, bringing innovative ideas and practices to the AIKO brand and related output.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of the AIKO brand materials across all digital and print formats.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of graphic and typographic elements for use by AIKO, as well as cooperated agencies and partners, ensuring easy access and brand consistency.

Requirements

Proven experience of >

3 years in graphic design, brand management, or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to develop and manage a comprehensive brand identity.

• Strong understanding of brand strategy and graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and familiarity with brand management tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with teams across the organization and manage external partners.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
