(Senior) UX Researcher (f/m/d)
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
Work in an international team and get in contact with large international clients from all industries
Help to establish quantitative and qualitative research methods systematically within our processes
Collect data from various sources and combine them into a coherent picture
Identify pain points and unmet needs, measure the impact of new features, and help the product teams experiment
Define, evaluate, and prioritize actionable metrics and events for tracking user behavior in our products
Regularly sharing insights & recommendations with your co-designers and the product team
Create insights for the UX team to follow up with qualitative research
See your insights translated into tangible features and product improvements.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Several years working in the UX field and experience / user research building high-quality web-based products and services
Fluency in a broad set of quantitative and qualitative research methods (such as web analysis, A / B testing, interviews, surveys)
Proven track record in data analysis, utilizing findings to inform and reinforce decision-making
Experience working in and with an agile environment and team
Experience with using tools such as Dovetail, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
Comfortable to work on and understand complex problems and requirements
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
