ABOUT THE ROLE

DACH is the biggest market of CoachHub and we are looking for a Working Student - Marketing (f / m / d) to support the region’s business growth!

As a member of the Marketing Team, your objectives will be to :

Conduct high quality events, both hosted and external, online and offline to engage with our clients & prospects across the DACH region and generate new business opportunities.

Foster and increase CoachHub’s brand reputation through digital marketing acitivites (with a focus on social media and email marketing).

The ideal candidate will either be based in Berlin and be comfortable with a hybrid working conditions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Organization of top-level events such as trade shows, HR conventions and CoachHub-hosted events.

Support planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, including localisation of global content, social media & email marketing.

Preparation and publication of webinars.

Support client marketing initiatives including video recordings, communication partnerships, keynotes preparation and content creation for the local markets.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the B2B HR market in DACH.

Help the coordination with Sales and Client Success teams, providing Marketing campaign brief and ensuring all leads are followed up.

Report on all your activities to constantly monitor their impact on lead generation and revenue.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a native German speaker, who is 100% fluent in English (mandatory, as it’s the work environment language).

You already have a 1st successful marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.

Experience with event management is a big plus but not mandatory.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you’ll prepare and conduct several presentations that you’ll own.

You have a data-driven mindset making sure no digit escapes your surveillance.

You have a good understanding of DACH media and you are very familiar with LinkedIn.

You value working in a team (both regionally and globally), being proactive and enjoy working independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.

You are based in Berlin or Vienna
