Finance & Process Manager (gn)

Tasks :
- Management of projects to improve transactional financial processes and systems, including planning, conception, and support of the technical implementation in the finance department of TAKKT AG and the international locations
- Definition and implementation of standard processes in finance
- Driving digitalization and automation in finance
- Development of future-oriented ERP, planning, reporting, and analyses instruments in cooperation with the finance areas (accounting, taxes, controlling) and other departments
- Contact person for the smooth use of financial processes and applications
- Conducting process analyses and documentation in the business process management standard in cross-functional teams
- Development of Root Cause Counter Measures and conducting business performance meetings with the subsidiaries
Profile :
- Master or Bachelor degree in economics / finance or relevant areas
- Professional experience in finance processes
- Experience in project- and change management
- Communication skills (fluent / professional in Englisch and German)
