Your mission as Digital Solutions Manager (IoT)

As Digital Solutions Manager you will contribute to our innovation strategy by creating new digital solutions and services.

In particular, you will advance our Internet-of-Things (IoT) offering and co-develop it further together with our key partners and customers.

You report directly to our Head of Product Portfolio & Innovation and work closely together with product management, sales and other stakeholders.

What else will you be doing as Digital Solutions Manager?

• Act as the product owner of our IoT-offering (smartMate) by defining new customer requirements, creating user stories, managing the product roadmap and coordinating implementation with our internal (IT) and external development partners;
• You conduct market research, competitor analyses and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify customer needs for new digital solutions;
• Project management for the development of new digital solutions to enhance our service offering as part of our innovation strategy for hygiene;
• Manage customer projects for integrating our IoT-offering and data into customer software platforms from initial sales discussions to supporting the implementation;
• Provide second-level support for customer requests related to our IoT-offering, as well as provide training to local product and technical service colleagues;
• Perform as key internal coordinator and interface for all digital solutions between Sales, Marketing, Product Management and IT;

Coordinating with external hardware and software development partners.

How will you contribute to successful digital hygiene solutions?

At CWS we are looking for the right personal and cultural fit. You are a digital native, have a passion for translating business requirements into IT solutions and you like to go the extra mile.

• You have a bachelor or master degree in preferably computer science, engineering, or business administration;
• You have at least +3 years experience in digital product management or software development for commercial purposes, in which you are used to manage digital transformation projects;
• We can describe you as a strong communicator with an understanding of commercial objectives, and you are a problem solver who sees the fun in complex challenges to combine business and IT;
• You are a teamplayer who easily connects with colleagues from different departments and regions;

You are fluent in German and English.
