Senior Staff Engineer IC Validation (d / m / f) Location : Jena Your DutiesEvaluation, validation and characterization of high performance optical and mixed signal, sensors and other subsystems such as ADC's, DAC's, high linearity amplifiers, LDOs, temperature sensors, digital systemsDefine validation concepts for high performance mixed signal integrated circuitsDefine test setups for sensor evaluation (electrical, optical, spectral)Preparation of validation plans according to device specifications and proper documentation of validation and characterization ReportsDevelop validation requirements specifications based on design specifications and support from Design TeamAnalyzing and documenting evaluation results and preparing compliance reportsExecution of electrical and optical measurementsYour QualificationsMaster's or Diploma degree in electrical engineering or microelectronicsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IC validation and measurement techniquesExperience in usage and programming of National Instruments test equipment is advantageousExperience with relevant CAE tools, solid programming skills for measurement automation e.
