Senior Project Manager (m / f / x)

Responsibilities : Scope of Work

Scope of Work

• Manage European power product project set, including management of project scope, project planning, budget / cost, problem / risk, etc.;
• Introduce the domestic power product projects to the European market and the aftermarket project management of the European power products;
• Promote the management of multinational power product development projects and ensure high-quality end-to-end project delivery;
• Carry out the pre-study management of prospective power product projects of the European market;
• Popularize the global development process, put forward and implement process adaptation and optimization in accordance with European work scene;
• Establish and operate multinational communication and information sharing mechanisms to ensure the implementation and delivery of European projects in accordance with the plan.

Main Responsibilities

Be able to lead large-scale power product development projects independently, have the ability to master the core elements of the project, and deliver project progress, cost, quality, etc.

in accordance with the strategic planning, including :

• Set up the project team and clarify the responsibilities of the project team;
• Develop and issue project plans, identify deviations in plan implementation and enact feasible catch-up plans;
• Organize the review meeting of project milestones;
• Organize project meetings and lead the team to close the loop on the items assigned in the meetings;
• Develop and manage project problems / risk lists?
• Be responsible for establishing the organizational process assets of the projects;
• Complete other duties as assigned;

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields. Major in Project Management is a plus;
• At least 8 years experience in project management, responsible for at least 2 projects. Experience in overseas project development is a plus;
• In-depth knowledge of integrated product development process;
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem solving, risk awareness and teamwork skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant personality, serious, meticulous, and proactive at work, and strong pressure resistance;
• Fluent verbal communication in English with project members and for multinational cooperation as the main working language;
