What You'll Do :

• Lead Procurement Activities : Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost-effective purchasing, aligned with the company’s objective, while maintaining the highest quality.
• Foster Supplier Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate potential new partnerships.
• Drive Process Improvement : Continuously analyse and improve procurement processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage Inventory : Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking, ensuring optimal inventory levels across the outlets.
• Collaborate : Work closely with the executive teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver procurement solutions.

What we expect from you?

• Working experience : Min. 3 years proven experience in procurement in the food service industry
• Languages : Fluent in English & French
• Knowledge and skills :
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• In depth knowledge of Food & Beverage products
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Knowledge about the Luxembourg market and suppliers is considered an advantage
