Lead Software Engineer
A company just West of Berlin are seeking a dedicated Lead Software Developer to join their dynamic team.
This role splits responsibilities equally between leadership duties and software development. As a leader, you will coach and guide their cross-functional teams, ensuring an agile working style and the adoption of best practices.
You'll collaborate closely with customers to enhance their software development processes and ensure successful project delivery.
Concurrently, as a software developer, you will develop and implement a range of software solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of their platform using a tech stack that includes Python and / or TypeScript & React.
Responsibilities
- Coach the team on agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and high-quality software delivery, including effective impediment management.
- Develop and maintain key components of our platform, ensuring continuous improvements and operational stability in the user space.
- Use Python and / or TypeScript & React to develop robust applications.
Your Profile
- A bachelor's degree (higher degrees preferred) in STEM, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a software developer.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and practices.
- Proficiency in their tech stack, particularly Python and / or TypeScript and their ecosystems.
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) is required; English (C1 level) is an advantage.
