The Reimbursement & HTA department aims to ensure access to cochlear implants and other innovative technologies by evaluating their health benefits and securing appropriate reimbursement pathways, thereby enhancing the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments.
Your Tasks
- Perform comprehensive and methodologically rigorous searches of scientific literature across various databases
- Critically appraise and synthesize relevant research findings including the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of medical devices
- Stay updated on advancements in HTA methodologies and emerging medical technologies to ensure high-quality research outputs
- Create concise summaries of findings to inform internal stakeholders and assist with decision-making
- Assist in the planning and coordination of multiple HTA and reimbursement projects simultaneously
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with research databases, systematic reviews, or healthcare data is advantageous
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing and processing data
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

- Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 45,068.38 .
