For an international pharmaceutical company in Schwalbach / Taunus, we are looking for a customer consultant (m / f / d) for the pharmacy support department for direct placement in a permanent position .

Your tasks
- Advice and support for assigned pharmacies as 1st point of contact in the back office
- Contact management and support by telephone, video conference and e-mail
- Customer service and relationship building
- Control of order management
Your profile
Communication skills : Convincing, customer-oriented verbal and written expression in German.
Customer relationship management : Establishing new and long-term customer relationships and actively contacting customers.
Commercial training or PTA or similar.
