Your tasks :
- Work in a business minded team that implements projects and further develops different business applications : Travel Management System (SAP Concur),Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP byDesign),Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce),Human Capital Management (SAP SuccessFactors),JIRA / Confluence,MS365, MSOffice365, MS Sharepointetc.
- defining business processes
- evaluate and drive best practices for conducting business process analyses
- continuously develop roadmaps for the team of project managers
- support internal and external stakeholders
Your capabilities :
- excellent team and interpersonal skills, including superior ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- clear, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- experience with business processes in the field of different business applications (JIRA, Salesforce, SAP) and with 2nd Level Support
- profound understanding of business processes and agile project management
- strong organization, planning and prioritization skills
- good decision-making skills. Takes calculated risks - ability to act on basis of own thoughts and experience to overcome obstacles and to generate positive outcomes
- demonstrates confidence and promotes a positive working environment
- very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
