Responsibilities
- Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Partner with line, regional and global management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ownership for complex employee investigations, grievances, disciplinary issues and provide coaching to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
- Develop and deliver training and enablement for managers on performance management policies, tools and support ongoing coaching and support for day-to-day activity.
- Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community of leaders to deliver on business and people priorities
- Be the ambassador of Star Charge organizational culture, plan, and implement organizational culture activities.
- Partner in headcount planning, management and support in the recruitment process based on business requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in global company
- Comprehensive HR and employment law knowledge, with experience in multiple Europe locations, an advantage
- Hands-on employee relations and performance management experience
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise independently to deliver key business objectives
- Experience developing relationships and influencing across all levels
- Fluent German in spoken and written, English and Chinese knowledge as a big plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR experience in new energy industry, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong communication, engagement and influencing capability
- Be self-motivated, diligent, responsive, accountable and resilient
