Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) : we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer or partner focus, combined with proven sales expertise and confidence in their abilities.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Acquire new distribution partners and customers.
- Consult existing customers, develop solution approaches, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Create strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Attend company trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop new ideas, keeping market trends and competition in view.
- Manage our CRM system and generate reports.
What you’ll need
- Completed training in a commercial or technical field.
- Strong experience in sales, ideally in the telecommunications sector.
- Customer- and solution-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
- Communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Negotiation skills, making it easy for you to acquire new customers.
- Team player in a goal-oriented environment, actively contributing to the implementation of ideas.
- Traveling frequently within Germany.
- English skills (speaking and written).
