Develop and implement strategic Compensation & Benefits programs.
Analyze market trends and perform benchmarking to ensure a competitive global compensation system.
Oversee the implementation and periodic adjustment of the global job catalog.
Coordinate the integration of compensation concepts into our global HR system.
Manage company pension schemes, ensuring an attractive system.
Establish an HR Reporting and Analytics Hub for all HR metrics.
Ensure a robust data foundation, compliant reporting, and data analysis using appropriate KPIs.
Lead a team of Compensation & Benefits specialists and oversee the HR Controlling and Analytics team.
Requirements :
A completed university degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
At least ten years of professional experience, including five years of extensive experience in designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits programs in an international company with a global focus.
In-depth knowledge of the German and international compensation and benefits landscape.
Intercultural competence and the ability to work in a global context.
Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
