Director of Business Development
Overview :
Role : Director of Business Development
Location : Germany, France, Spain, UK (Home Office)
Salary : €120,000-€140,000 + bonus + benefits
We are seeking someone with a strong, commercial background in the sale Small Molecules and APIs to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
To be considered for this role, you must have a pre-existing network of contacts, to enable a positive start to life at the company.
What we expect from you :
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of projects with customers in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Providing technical expertise to customers on the company’s manufacturing history and capabilities.
- Focusing on the sales targets of the organisation, organising sales activities with short-medium-long terms targets and increasing this in line with said targets.
- Mapping out potential new customers & regional markets.
What you will need :
- Bachelor of Science minimum, Master of Science preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling pharmaceutical Small molecules and APIs.
- Commercial mind-set and a genuine enjoyment meeting customers.
- Must be comfortable with 50% travel throughout Europe.
- Organized, self-motivated and good with time management.
