(Junior) Business Process Manager - Operations Excellence (m/f/d)

In order to meet the rapidly growing interest in the market, we are seeking for you as (Junior) Process Manager - Operations Excellence (m / f / d) from October!

Reporting to the Senior Operations Excellence Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing data management, and supporting the technical aspects of customer onboarding.

Your mission

• Cross-functional Collaboration : You work closely with various teams across the organization to lead and support operational excellence initiatives
• Data Management and Visualization : You develop, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards to track key organizational metrics
• Operational Insights : You provide data-driven insights to optimize internal processes and improve customer-facing operations
• Customer Onboarding : You oversee the technical setup and onboarding process for customers, ensuring efficient data collection and seamless integration

Your profile

• You have 2-3 years of relevant experience as a BI Analyst, Operations (Excellence) Manager or Process Manager
• You possess strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous learning and growth
• You are a commercially driven team player with an interest in scaling and automating processes.

You have in-depth knowledge of our Tech stack :

• SQL - proficiency in querying, filtering, joins, and data manipulation
• Excel - work with spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and apply basic formulas
• CRM Systems - experience managing customer data, updating records and generating reports to support both operational and customer-facing processes
• Data Visualization - familiar with tools like Tableau, Looker, Quicksight or Power BI.

Nice to Have :

• Command Line (CLI) - experience with Unix systems (MacOS / Linux) and to execute commands or scripts
• Automation Tools - experience with tools like Ansible or similar
