Responsibilities :
- Driving the vision / strategy, coordinate the execution of the marketing plan and broader activation and enablement based on the Go-to-Market Strategy for Aareon Pay and Sales plan
- Responsible for Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership by driving PR, awareness, storytelling, thought leadership and brand perception activities for Aareon Pay, working closely together with different Aareon companies
- Creation of compelling value-based propositions for all products in Aareon Pay portfolio and each customer base to ensure a professional Product Marketing
- Demand Generation Management to drive demand for Aareon Pay solutions across different channels together with the country marketing organization
- Collaboration with product teams to produce Sales Enablement content on Aareon Pay products
- Market Intelligence : Performing of market research to understand product competitive positioning and craft differentiated positioning narratives for Aareon Pay
Qualifications :
- Experiences with Payments / FinTechs / Embedded Finance
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum with a preference for advanced degrees in relevant fields
- Several years of extensive professional experience in Marketing and B2B Enterprise SaaS
- Knowledge of how to set and hit ambitious targets with a strong execution focused mind-set
- Quick perception to acquire a deep customer understanding, persona insights and knowledge of the product
- Advantageous : Understanding of the European Property Management / Real Estate industry, coupled with proven expertise in navigating matrix organizations and operating in cross-functional teams
- Very good communication skills in English and German
