Tactical Buyer (m / f / d) in Düsseldorf JETZT BEWERBEN

For our client, an established and publicly traded energy company, we are currently looking for a Tactical Buyer (m / f / d) in Düsseldorf

Your Tasks :

  • Ensure an optimal price-performance ratio in procurement and maximize business and project value.
  • Overall responsibility for procurement, including specific tender strategies, inviting and selecting suppliers, and negotiating and implementing supplier contracts.
  • Conduct efficient and effective procurement processes while ensuring compliance.
  • Support and challenge business colleagues in all countries to achieve the best commercial outcomes in coordination with the "Business Solutions Team" within the procurement organization.
  • Manage systems and tools for all procurement activities using SAP and SAP Ariba for tenders.
  • Actively manage Uniper suppliers to ensure competitive contracts and reliable deliveries.
  • Handle contract and complaint management where necessary.

Your Profile :

  • At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector and / or procurement.
  • Background / experience in direct and indirect services procurement.
  • Proven track record in leading larger procurement projects and / or tenders.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a willingness to enhance performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Work experience in international teams, understanding of cultural differences, as well as mobility and willingness to travel internationally are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English and German are required.
