The recruitment and long-term binding of suitable experts for tenders and projects through proactive approach and regular contact with the experts of our on-going projects is one of the essential tasks in our business and a prerequisite for our success.
As part of the GFA Recruitment Department you closely work with our technical department for Agriculture & Rural Development.
You are the direct link between GFA and the experts to be selected for our projects. You are also ready to recruit top candidates for our offices in Hamburg and Berlin and represent GFA externally.

Your tasks
- Implementation of the entire recruitment process, e.g. search / active sourcing, selection of candidates, applicant management, conducting interviews, in close cooperation with our technical departments, in particular the Agriculture & Rural Development department
- Communicating with experts and applicants as well as building your own network
- Expanding and maintaining our expert database
Your profile
- Completed university degree related to human resources development, development cooperation, social sciences or related
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-oriented environment in which you were used to work independently and with an eye for detail
- Familiar with the use of social media for recruitment, strong communication and networking skills
- Very good language skills in spoken and written English and French, additional knowledge of German or Spanish is an asset
- Confident handling of the common MS Office products (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
- Knowledge in the field of international personnel recruitment and acquisition is desirable
- Experience in working with databases and / or related to International / Development Cooperation is a strong advantage
