What you apply for :

This position needs a sales talent with great team spirit and the talent to lead.

Your role is to secure existing and develop new business with large Retail and Consumer Products customers, who are leaders in their industry and are driving digital transformation with our solutions.

For this job you will have a skilled team from different PTC organizations behind you, which is expecting your guidance, motivation, empathy and leadership.

At the same time, we are also expecting a hunting mentality. This means expanding your relationship into other departments of existing accounts and building new and strategic partnership with key stakeholders of new prospects.

When we think about you, the following comes to our mind : You accept challenges, use your drive and creativity to identify new value areas for our prospects and clients, and you are a role model for a global team to follow you.

PTC is an acknowledged leader for Retail Product Lifecyle Management Solutions. Most often our solutions play a strategically important role for our customers.

This means you are dealing with large enterprises on their digital transformation journey and are translating PTC’s solution into value streams for these companies.

With our long history of innovative solutions and our state-of-the-art SaaS technologies we have a good reputation in the market and are very well positioned.

And especially in Retail and Consumer Products market we see a lot of demand to modernize the digital foundation in order to achieve new business goals and evolving processes.

What we expect from you :

  • Successful and proven enterprise software sales track record
  • Experience with strategic account planning and account development
  • Team player with leadership attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop a broad network at clients and partners
  • Personality and character
  • German language native or full professional proficiency
  • Fluent in English language
  • Other European languages a plus
