We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Germany , responsible for the comprehensive delivery and evolution of our Talent Acquisition services. This pivotal role encompasses Early Careers and Mid-Careers recruitment, ensuring alignment with our overarching Talent Acquisition strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, TA Leads from other regions, and outsourced partners to operationalize and execute our TA strategy effectively.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

What you will be doing

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to :

  • Regional Delivery : Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition services across all employment categories, excluding Executive hires.
  • Enterprise Delivery : Integrate regional requirements into unified Enterprise TA solutions with global teams.
  • Vendor and Benchmark Management : Optimize partnerships, set standards, monitor performance, and implement improvement programs.
  • Early Careers Leadership : Develop and execute strategies for brand, attraction, and selection in Early Careers initiatives.
  • Talent Pipeline : Partner with Executive Talent team to ensure cohesive talent flow across career stages.
  • Transformation : Oversee technology, operational, and process improvements, balancing global consistency with regional needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Involve regional stakeholders in evolving Talent Acquisition services.
  • Tech Innovation : Evaluate and implement automation and innovative solutions to address business challenges.
  • Metrics and Analysis : Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and drive improvements based on insights.
  • Compliance and Diversity : Ensure adherence to local labor laws and promote inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Financial Oversight : Manage regional TA budget, including cost projections and invoice management.

To be successful in this role you will need to :

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition, with knowledge of both Early Career and Mid-Career (experienced hire).
  • Lead operationally with effective vendor management.
  • Understand employment laws, regulations in Germany, and diversity / inclusion best practices.
  • Translate business strategy into operational demand and best-in-class delivery.
  • Leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders, collaborating with diverse teams and senior leaders.
  • Deliver projects and manage change successfully.
  • Travel regularly between Dahlewitz and Friedrichshafen if the position is based in either location.
  • Be fluent in business English and German.
