The Service ProductManager is responsible for enabling service operational andcommercial success of defined product groups by supporting productdevelopment, commercial launch excellence, and lifecyclemanagement.
This role reports directly to the Director GlobalService Product Management and will be fully onsite out of eitherthe Wetzlar or Mannheimoffices.
What you'lldo :
Developstrong market and customer understanding through VOC to identifycustomer pain points and define valuable features and productrequirements for new or existing products.
Representservice within product development process to ensure technicaldesign for service supports operational and commercial success.
Manageservice risk and opportunities of product portfolio throughoutproduct lifecycle.
Coordinatebetween project management, product management, R&D,operations, supply chain, global service functions, and regionalservice teams to drive NPI projects forward.
Whoyouare :
Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent technical competency with 5+ years experiencein customer facing service, product management, or strategicmarketing role, preferably in the life scienceindustry.
Ability tocollaborate and coordinate across multi-national, multi-functionteam in a large matrixorganization.
Ability toactively manage multiple projects and prioritiesconcurrently.
Ability totranslate market, customer and internal service requirements intoclear and concrete product design characteristics as well ascommercial strategies.
Verygood communication skills inEnglish
