As our IT Administrator - 1st & 2nd Lvl Support you will be playing a crucial role and act as a first line of contact for IT-related questions from our employees and be responsible for our Helpdesk and...
- will be the first Point of Contact for IT related questions
- will act as a 1st & 2nd Level international support (German+English) + Onsite Support in our Headquarter (Ludwigsburg)
- will take care of our IT Assets & Inventory
- will provide the IT Equipment throughout the whole Employee Lifecycle
- will take a part in the On- / Offboarding of employees
- will be responsible for Ticket Classification & Management
- will actively be involved in writing Documentation
- will assist in various IT Projects
- You finished your studies or apprenticeship in an IT-related field
- You gained around three years of experience in a similar role
- You have a service-oriented and analytical mindset
- You worked with Windows and MacOS systems
- You can communicate with Stakeholders on different Levels in English and German
- If you already worked with tools from our Techstack, (e.g. MS Intune, EntraID, Jira, Confluence) it is definitely a plus
