We are a wholesale company dealing in health and beauty products. We specialize in distribution of high-quality cosmetic products as well as pharmaceutical products worldwide.
We are growing internationally and following our ambitious Business Strategy, To strengthen our Team, we are currently looking for a Salesperson (Sr / Jr) as Business Development Manager in China / Hongkong In this role you will be 100% responsible for the development of our business in your own country
Aufgaben
- Development of new market and targeted acquisition of new customers
- marketing of premium products from our catalogues
- Analysis of the target market in China / Hongkong
- Generation of profitable sales growth and development of sustainable customer relationships
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- Solution-oriented customer advice
- Development of sales structures and partners in the target markets
- Preparation of offers, including cost and price determination and consistent follow-up
- Pricing and negotiation of contracts
Qualifikation
- Native speaker in the respective target language
- Your personality : You enjoy dealing with people, with convincing communication skills and negotiating skills.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, with a high degree of personal responsibility and intercultural competence
- prefer professional experience in B2B sales or key account management in an international sales organization
- Good knowledge of analysing potential and developing reference customers Intercultural experience ideally in Indonesia.
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of verbal and written English, ideally German
- Valid German residence and work permit holder preferred.
