Customer Marketing Manager (f/m/d) - temporary contract or freelancing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for a full-time role .
The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at engaging, retaining, and growing our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Main Role and Tasks
- Develop and implement engagement strategies across email, social media, and other channels; create and manage customer communities and forums.
- Design effective onboarding programs with comprehensive materials such as guides, tutorials, and welcome kits to ensure new customers are well-integrated.
- Manage regular and consistent communication through newsletters, updates, and personalized messages across all customer touchpoints.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources; utilize insights to improve product development, marketing strategies, and customer service.
- Manage customer advocacy programs to identify and promote brand ambassadors; collaborate with sales and marketing to create case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
- Analyze customer churn data to identify patterns and causes; develop and implement strategies to reduce churn rates and retain customers.
- Use data and analytics for customer segmentation and deliver personalized marketing messages and offers; create targeted campaigns for specific segments.
- Map the customer journey to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement; optimize interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.
That Describes You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not essential
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer engagement, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
