meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Work with our central IT organization to prepare and implement communication plans for IT processes
• Develop team's visual identities, team communication plans and stakeholder maps
• Create training materials with process owners by utilizing the creative spirit and technological solutions
• Assist the Executive communications and appearances (e.g. keynotes, presentations, etc)
• Support in preparing, setup and execution of video shoots and media production for various content platforms within the organization (e.

g. intranet, learning platforms, etc)

• Collaborate with data analysts and data science experts to create compelling stories from data intelligence
• Ensure a positive user experience in all communications and adherence to company communication strategy and branding

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• Expertise in the field of Computer Science, Arts, Film, Media & Content Design, Learning Experience, UX or related fields of study
• Experience in shooting video and recording audio on or offsite
• Affinity for IT and technical topics with the ability to translate information to non-technical users
• Knowledge of data storytelling techniques
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Experience in UX design
• Business fluent in German, fluent in English (both written and verbal)
