Headquartered in Austin, Texas, we manufacture and produce High Pressure Laminate, Quartz, Solid Surface, Coordinated TFL, Edgebanding and other engineered surface options for use in furniture, office and retail spaces, countertops, worktops and other applications.
In Europe we manufacture with six Business Units, located in France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Our teams live local but think global - combining the best of both worlds.
We’re looking for a Digital Growth Manager* to lead and shape our brand’s digital presence. You’ll oversee a team of Digital Specialists, driving strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across social media, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in delivering high-impact digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute cross-channel strategies with consistent brand messaging.
- Optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic and leads.
- Manage brand presence and audience engagement on social media platforms.
- Create effective email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to enhance ROI and results.
What we re looking for
- Proven experience in B2B / B2C digital marketing; Google Ads / Analytics certifications a plus.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot), SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Interest in AI is a must, experience in working with AI a plus.
- Experience in managing and inspiring international teams.
- Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Business fluent in English; German and / or French is a plus.
