As a key player in our Central Functions team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by attracting and hiring A-players who will accelerate the success of our teams.

We’re seeking a driven and passionate Recruiter to take the lead of our talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to think creatively and source the best talent across all our teams, with a special focus on Tech roles.

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and ensuring that the people you bring to JOIN not only match the skills we need but also fit within our vibrant culture.

In addition to recruitment, this role is integral to our broader People Operations strategy, ensuring that the talented individuals you hire remain engaged, motivated, and aligned with our long-term goals.

Tasks Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.

Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates by guiding them through the recruitment process and providing valuable feedback and insights.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define key hiring needs and identify what makes the best candidate for each role.

Initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy and position JOIN as a top employer in the HR space.

Streamline and optimise People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Collaborate with the Central Functions and Management teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies, tools, and workflows, bringing fresh perspectives to elevate our People function.

Requirements 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally as a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner or Tech Recruiter within the startup ecosystem.

A strong understanding of tech roles, with the ability to create effective sourcing and hiring strategies for engineering, IT, and data teams.

Willingness to expand your recruitment expertise beyond tech, supporting the hiring efforts for non-tech positions across our teams.

A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience, making it a priority in your every recruitment decision. Adaptability and flexibility in managing shifting tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.

Solid knowledge of People Operations, with a good understanding of labor laws and social security practices. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English (this is a must).

Benefits An attractive annual salary ranging from EUR 55,000 to EUR 65,000 , tailored to align with your level of experience.

You'll receive an annual mobility budget of €600 for either NAVIT or a Deutschland Card and in addition, you’ll receive an annual benefits budget of €600 and can enjoy the perks from 35 premium partners.

Regular presence in the office is a relevant success driver, however you will enjoy flexibility with our hybrid work approach, where after your probationary period, you can work from anywhere or from home for up to 104 days per year.
