Tasks

• Maintain effective communication with the leadership team in the business sector, team members, and functional leaders throughout all phases of product design, development, and delivery.
• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support via phone, email, and on-site installations to both existing and potential strategic clients.

The aim is to secure significant orders of Corinex products and / or services from utilities, Tier 1 customers, and distributors using established deployment procedures.

• Collaborate with customers and the Development team to analyze and translate customer requirements and industry standards into detailed system and equipment specifications.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to engineers and C-level executives.
• Develop standardized documents for the deployment of Corinex products and technology, both for internal teams and third-party partners.
• Conduct thorough analysis of field data and prepare specification documents addressing any issues with existing products.

Review results on the performance of Corinex products in the field provided by the Systems Engineering team and provide insights.

• Manage one or more Corinex Smart Metering projects, coordinating with the European deployment office, clients, partners, and international suppliers to ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, quality, and budget constraints.
• Design and implement Smart grid network architectures and offer support for network designs.
• Administer and troubleshoot deployed network designs.
• Document, implement, and refine processes and procedures.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies.
• Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Develop training materials and product collateral requiring technical writing.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of IP networking protocols and communication infrastructures (TCP / IP, IP4 / IPv6, QoS, encryption, etc.)
• Strong foundational skills in networking, including IP routing and switching (DHCP, NAT, VLAN, Security, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
• Experience with databases, including SQLite and Postgres
• Good understanding of Linux systems
• Understanding of electrical power distribution systems
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
