Coordinator (f / m / d) Marketing Assets (part-time : hrs / week)
Marketing inspired by you - Your tasks
Support the development of communication strategies, collaborating with cross-functional project teams,
identify and supporting the customer journey with effective POE (Paid, Owned and Earned) campaign
architectures and marketing assets.
Coordinate the development of marketing briefs, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure clear
KPI’s, project planning and budget.
Coordinate the implementation of communication strategies across initiatives to deliver consistency and
efficiency across customer touchpoints (Website, CRM, Social Media, Dealer Marketing etc.)
Coordinate the creative development of appropriate marketing material (CGA, CGI, Educational assets etc.)
and campaigns that support the customer journey to generate content that contributes to include engagement
across both new and existing customers.
Coordinate briefing, project management, budget, production (where appropriate), post-production and
delivery of marketing assets.
- Support global asset development and coordinate the implementation of global content.
- Monitor information sharing to ensure stakeholders are aligned and approval process is met.
- Coordinate the evaluation of communication initiatives and campaigns, identifying opportunities for
improvements to increase customer engagement and improve workflow.

- University degree in Marketing / Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Relevant experience in creative asset creation and campaign development.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- Passion for marketing and creative collaboration in fast paced environment.
- Time and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for people and brands.
- Fluency in English, international experience is a bonus.
- Very good skills in Microsoft office, photoshop advantageous.
This position is limited to months with h / week due to a maternity leave.
