What we are looking for :

• Experience (or interest to learning) in Java / Spring Boot, Microservices and Event Driven Architecture
• Independence, dedication and ability to deliver high quality code (both production code and automated tests)
• Strong desire to continuously learn and get out of your comfort zone
• You think that "collaboration" is the most important element of a successful team
• You like to discuss solutions and ideas in a positive and respectful way
• You have a proactive mindset, you know what "ownership" means and you want to be proud of the work you do
• You are flexible with learning and using new technologies and willing to maximize the impact within a team and an organization
• Fluency in English (German is not required)
