Head of Project Control
YOUR MISSION
- Deliver Project Planning and Control Services to the Technical and Operational departments
- Ensure adherence to documented processes while effectively managing the Project Control team responsible for these tasks
- Contribute crucial inputs from the Technical and Operations departments to support overall budget and financial planning, including planning assumptions and maintaining financial profiles for operational programs
- Establish and maintain cost baselines, providing cost-at-completion analysis and margin analysis for programs , indicators, deviation & trends reports, including the creation of related cost scenarios
- Coordinate and consolidate the outcomes of the human resource planning
- Support the Project Planning and Control Competence Area Manager by contributing to the harmonization and enhancement of project planning and control processes, standards, methodologies, and tools
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Significant experience in team management, ideally in an engineering environment with multi-year projects, involving project planning, control activities , and resource allocation management
- Very good knowledge of administrative processes using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, able to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail including interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills , with a proven ability to engage effectively with management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record working in a matrix-based organization is an advantage
- Fluent level of English, and Basic knowledge of the French language
