Delivery Manager Location EBERSBERG Im Klosterbauhof 3 85560 Ebersberg () Description To support its growth plan for Ebersberg offices Objectway is looking for a Delivery ManagerObjectway SaaS works closely with banks to implement, operate and evolve cloud or on-premise solution to improve their performance, functionality and scalability.

The Service Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of services to our clients and coordinates the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should bring several years of professional experience in Service Delivery Management, strong communication skills, customer focus and is service oriented.

Activities : Monitor compliance of business processes with respect to ICT Security regulations and the ISO / IEC 27001 standard.

Interact with other business functions in order to ensure compliance of the evolution of ICT and Security processes and systems with respect to the relevant regulations.

Lead periodic audits of the effectiveness of ICT Security controls and their updating, contributing to the definition of the necessary safeguards with respect to internal and external regulations, with the aim of ensuring their adequacy from the development phase.

Schedule, plan and lead internal audits and drafting related reports. Contribute to the evolution and updating of the internal regulatory framework (e.

g., policies, procedures, presentations, reports) and the detection of new requirements as a result of legislative, technological or contextual changes, including in relation to the management of outsourcers and third parties.

Lead second-party audits (management of audits and questionnaires from clients). Lead of third-party audits (management of audits by the certification body for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001).

Carry out risk analysis activities in the area of ICT Security. Required Skills Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English.

STEM degree; Experience as ICT auditor and / or ICT assurance at leading consulting firms and / or large and / or multinational corporate entities, preferably in the Financial sector.

Experience in activities / projects in (i) maturity assessment, benchmarking, and design / review of ICT governance frameworks and processes, (ii) effectiveness assessment and review of internal control systems, and in activities in defining and implementing methodologies for assessing of IT and security risks.

Good knowledge of at least one ICT security framework (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, PCI, etc.). Good knowledge of concepts-basics in ICT Security and cybersecurity.

Basic knowledge of BaFin / MaRisk regulations and IDW PS 951 (ISAE 3402 Type 2). Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially use of Word, Excel, Power Point.
