YOUR TEAM
Our "Agile Facilitation & Lace" team is looking for a working student to support our Agile Facilitators / LACE team in helping us achieve our projects and goals to shape the future of mobility within the Volkswagen group.
We are a group of servant leaders und coaches supporting Development Teams, Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains in delivering value and drive relentless improvement.
We bring agile mindset in daily work within our operating units and beyond.
You will get first-hand experience in how to organize and support agile teams and will be an integral part of the team that works on steering, implementing and facilitating agile practices in software development teams and teams-of-teams (ARTs).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support Agile Facilitators in daily and conceptual work
- Organize and support regular agile ceremonies on team, program and portfolio level such as stand-ups, synchronization and planning meetings
- Support tool configuration, implementation, and documentation for Jira, Confluence, MS Teams...)
- Prepare for meetings, coaching sessions, follow-up on results and open issues
- Help finding synergies between teams and release trains aligning various stakeholders within the organization
- Creating and implementing concepts to improve and implement working models
WHO YOU ARE
- Enrolled student (or bachelor's graduate starting master's degree program as soon as possible) in the Economics, IT, Engineering or equivalent field
- Knowledge and ideally first experience in agile working methods in software development as Scum, Kanban or (even better) scaled models as SAFe, LeSS, or the OKR framework
- Basic knowledge and will to improve skills in ticket management systems and collaboration software, ideally Atlassian Jira / Confluence
- Strong analytical understanding and good communication skills, ability to work in a team, above-average commitment and creativity
- Fluent in English. German is a plus
- Knowledge in software development and / or digital business models is a plus
