Product Operations Lead

Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and ambitious Product Operations Lead to join our team in Germany and in DACH area.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by spearheading sales, customer success, product development, and brand leadership initiatives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities : Technical Sales :

Technical Sales :

• Collaborate with the Sales Director and external partners to drive technical sales activities.
• Serve as a technical liaison between sales representatives and customers, addressing technical queries and providing necessary support during the sales process.
• Work closely with the Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create engaging materials and content that effectively communicates the technical aspects and benefits of our services.

Customer Success :

• Act as the initial point of contact for appointed accounts, addressing customer needs and ensuring their success.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, maintaining regular communication through various channels to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, contract extensions, and referral generation to grow the level of business with each key account.

Product Development and Operations :

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide insights that contribute to product development and strategy.
• Lead energy and business opportunity data analysis and mapping efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve reporting and analytics that support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive the activation of Virtual Power Plants (VPP) & Demand Response (DR) services in DACH region, supported by success cases and regulatory insights from other countries.

Requirements :

• At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven experience in technical sales, customer success, or product management roles in the real estate and / or energy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
