The Labor& Employee Relations Leader (m / f / d) is responsiblefor establishing and implementing best practices to all aspects ofemployee relations across the business and partnering with ourexpert Human Resources team and business leaders across SCIEX inEurope.

This position is partof the Human Resources department and will be a hybrid positionlocated inDarmstadt.

In thisrole, you will have the opportunityto :

Lead theLabor & Employee Relations (L&ER) strategy and executionfor SCIEX in Euroope to ensure we have an aligned strategy betweenemployee needs and business outcomes and partner with a team ofSubject MatterExperts.

Embed and localizebest in class approaches to employee relations, deliveringconsistency and effectiveness of process and employee experienceand partner with relevant business partners on ground-breakingchange implementations including process, systems, and governance,including supporting major projects like restructuring and mergersand acquisitions.

Ensureinclusion, equity, and diversity is at the forefront of everythingwe do and engrained in our employee life cycle (includingengagement / culture etc.) and act as the key contact for managingrelationships with our employee representatives across thebusiness.

Support the triagefor investigations across SCIEX in partnership with the ComplianceLeader and Human Resources to determine the appropriateinvestigation protocol based on the nature of the concerns beingraised.

Create and manageglobal labor and employe relations dashboard to provide meaningfulinsights and market data / trends that support business growth anddecision making and provide oversight and management of outsidecounselspend / budget.

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

Experiencedlawyer with multiple years of business experience in an industrialglobal enterprise with extensive & demonstrated L&ERexpertise and leadershipexperience.

Broad strategicview of labor issues throughout EMEA with strong business acumenand an ability to understand all SCIEX business strategies andplans.

Proactivecollaborative approach to Works Councils and employeerepresentation bodies to be ahead of issues and most importantlyknows how to support the business through strongrelationships.

Amnesty tocountry borders to ensure collaborative spirit and engagement ofall Country and HRBPs equally with ability to build strongrelationships and drive trust across a diverseorganization.

Ability todrive clear communication and engagement at all levels includingC-Suite, and present data in a clear and concise manner withability to influence change - well developed influencing andnegotiation skills.

Abilityto travel – 10% inEurope

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :

Abilityto manage complex employee relations cases within a fast-pacedenvironment.

Effectiveconsultant with demonstrable global project / program managementability.

Experience of duediligence and acquisition integration stronglypreferred.
