Job Posting – I2I PI Business Analyst Graduate – Germany (m/f/d)
We are looking for an I2I PI Business Analyst Graduate who is curious, analytical and eager to learn to join our Insight to Impact (I2I) team, based in our Monheim office in Germany.
About the role
As a Business Analyst Graduate, you will support Business Analysts and key stakeholders across Immunology, Epilepsy, and Rare Diseases. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making, expand analytical maturity, and help strengthen cross-functional impact within the organization.
This role is not a traditional traineeship. From day one, you will become a full member of a dedicated team and take on meaningful operational tasks within a defined functional area. You will actively contribute to concrete projects and day-to-day activities while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. The position is offered as a fixed-term entry role designed to give you a solid start into your career.
Who you'll work with
You will collaborate closely with the I2I Area Lead, Business Analysts, Franchise Heads, Ecosystem Leads, and Solution Leads, as well as colleagues from Market Access, Medical, Commercial and Real-World Evidence. Together, you will support decision-making processes and contribute to patient-focused strategic priorities across multiple ecosystems.
What you will do
- Support data-driven communication by preparing insights and enabling evidence-based discussions.
- Translate business needs into short- to medium-term analytics solutions.
- Contribute to dashboard and reporting automation (Power BI, Qlik).
- Interpret and contextualize analytical results for business stakeholders.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration across I2I, Medical, Access, and Commercial.
- Assist in delivering training on dashboards and analytics solutions.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for:
- MSc in Biotechnology, Economics, Medical/Biomedical Sciences, Business Chemistry, Health Economics or related fields.
- Initial experience in analytics, performance management, or similar fields.
- Strong communication interest and developing presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and business acumen.
- Basic understanding of pharma go-to-market data preferred.
- Foundational skills in Power BI and Excel with willingness to grow.
- Excellent German language skills enabling confident, professional communication in a business environment, combined with very good English skills.
Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients? If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you!
