We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will ensure that all our processes and operations comply with internal and external regulations, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our business practices. Your sharp analytical skills will be key in identifying areas for improvement and mitigating risks. How you'll make an impact :

• Evaluate internal controls and compliance with regulations, conducting audits on various departments and processes. This will be for both business processes and IT.
• Analyze data risks and processes to detect discrepancies, recommend process optimization and automation, and develop solutions with management to mitigate risks over new and existing processes
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations
• Monitor changes in regulations and update audit processes accordingly, ensuring compliance with accounting and audit principles
• Communicate testing results to business leaders and external auditors, recommending changes to increase efficiency
• Develop and implement forms, systems, and procedures to achieve department goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute operational audits using consistent approaches
