What your day will look like

This role is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a major migration project with a leading software company. As you contribute to customer success and project excellence, you will have the potential to grow into more senior roles within the Professional Services department.

• Client Ownership & Satisfaction : Manage a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement : Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
• Project Development & Support : Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
• Solution Configuration & Delivery : Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Long-term Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
• Project Management : Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.
